Patanjali Aloevera Gel Review and Uses
Hey guys!!! How are you'll doing?
I was extremely happy with the response I received for the previous blog post which was all about online shopping but in case if you'll still haven't checked it out then do check it out on my blog.
OK so getting back to the actual topic of this blog post. Today I'm going to write about the one thing that has been a life saver for me and this will help each and everyone of you out there.
Few years ago, I went through a very rough phase with acne and at times it used to be quite depressing. But then I visited my dermatologist and made changes in my eating habits, started exercising and also used the right products which made a drastic change on my skin.
Though medicines give the acquired result but it's pretty temporary and we can't have medicines for the rest of our lives. That's when there is only one thing which is of help and that is our grandmother's age old kitchen secrets. Not only they are natural, inexpensive but also have a long lasting effect.
Aloevera Gel has always been the most important ingredient in all the natural recipes my grandmother uses. Aloevera Gel is a multipurpose ingredient which can be consumed as well as used in many different ways for the skin, hair and for better health.
Naturally acquired aloevera gel is always the best option but for me it becomes quite a hassle and also because I'm a tad bit lazy so I started searching for a better option which would be close to the properties of the natural aloevera gel.
Well, after searching a lot I came across the patanjali aloevera gel and had also heard a lot of good reviews about it so therefore i went ahead and bought it of amazon http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B00H4SYCK0/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1467545317&sr=8-2&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=patanjali+aloe+vera+gel&dpPl=1&dpID=31XUfFeFyhL&ref=plSrch
The Patanjali Aloevera Gel consists of 90% Aloevera Gel,permitted colour, vitamin E,fragrance and preservatives for a longer shelf life. Unlike the actual aloevera gel, the patanjali aloevera gel is not sticky.
It is quite hassle free and easy to use as it comes in a squeezy tube which consists of 150ml of product and is only for Rs. 80. There are quite a few different variants available as well.
The fragrance of the product is quite mild and welcoming. While applying the product it might feel a bit oily but after a few seconds it gets absorbed quickly and leaves the skin matte.
Aloevera gel can be used throughout the year and at any time of the day,
These are some the most effective and easy ways of using aloevera gel:
1. The Aloevera gel can be used directly without mixing it with anything. It will hydrate the skin and also give a soothing effect without making it oily. But after applying the aloevera gel do not forget to apply sunscreen as aloevera is a photosynthetic plant and can cause skin darkening if it comes in direct contact with the sun rays.
2. Aloevera Gel can be used to treat acne as well because it consists of healing properties along with anti oxidants which will leave the skin smooth and clear.
Take some aloevera gel, blended walnuts(flour consistency) and honey. Mix it into a paste and apply it on your face and neck. Wash it after 10-15 mins.
Do it once or twice a week.
3. It also contains particular enzymes which repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. Aloevera gel can also be used as a conditioner to get silky and smooth hair. It also reduces dandruff and promotes hair growth.
Add in any hair pack and it will work wonders.
4. It can also be used as a primer as it will reduce the pores and also give a smooth base for the foundation to glide on.
Another use of aloevera gel was a shock for me and that is using it as a makeup remover. I know that you maybe shocked but Boy does it work!!
Just squeeze a dollop of it on a cotton ball and swipe it on you face, neck and wherever you've applied makeup.
5. Add 1/2 cup of aloevera gel with brown sugar/baking soda (not much)just enough for texture. Rub it on your elbows, knees ,arms. It won't only exfoliate the dead skin but also hydrate that particular area without causing any itchiness or rashes.
There are indefinite uses of aloevera gel. These were some of the ways i utilise it. Do check out the product and let me know your experience by dm on my instagram account.
