Whenever I watch a Bollywood movie on the big screen with complete feel and loud sound sequences, along with enjoying the Rom-com, dance numbers, I also scrutinize the clothes the actresses wear in the movie. Guilty as charged but to be honest all girls do that. And there has always been one question on my mind, where can I get the exact outfit and entire look from?  I can definitely tell you that many a times I have rushed back home, opened all shopping apps and have started browsing through like a crazy lady but have always come up with one conclusion, "the looks that I love are never available anywhere". Even though I want to pair up my individualistic style with something Bollywood inspired but there is hardly anything in the market that fulfills my wishes.  There are few websites that do sell clothes by branding a certain collection to be movie inspired but after you start checking that particular collection, it is nothing close to what they are advertising...

Up until this point,I have usually uploaded all modern, western outfits and looks. It's not about adapting any other culture but that's just how I am and that's my own personal style. But yet something seems incomplete. Even though that represents me and my style and there is yet so much more to me. There is so much more about my ethnicity and background which is still missing.  From my childhood, I have mostly been comfortable in modern, casual clothing but as an Indian, various festivals and events bring out different sides of me. All might be aware of the fact that we Indians have tons of festival and we make the most of every festival. And why shouldn't we? We just need an excuse to have fun and bring more joy in our lives. These festivals not only bring immense pleasure but also makes me rethink and keeps me wanting to go back to my Indian roots. However attracted we might be with the western world, however comfortable we might be in shorts and t shirts, ...

I have a knack of turning things the unexpected way and showing off it's full potential. And why shouldn't I do that? I believe in the hidden beauty of everything present on planet earth and that thought applies to clothing as well. By just donning the clothes the way it has been shown on the website doesn't show your personality and definitely doesn't make a statement. If you want your purchases to look unidentifiable every time to put it on, try to come up with ways to accentuate your creativity and yourself.  Might sound a lot, right? But honestly there is not a lot of thought that goes behind "reforming and recreating" a completely different outfit look. Just few accessories here and there and the addition/subtraction of one clothing item makes a hell lot of difference.With the help of that anyone and by that I mean ANYONE can turn an ethnic outfit into a modern one and vice verse.  That is exactly what I did with this. Ahhh the ever so classic white shirt!! Can anyone in this entire universe ever go wrong with a white shirt? Umm I don't think so. It is the most uncomplicated piece of clothing to throw on when you are in a huge dilemma whether for a business meeting or a casual lunch with a group of friends. If you have been reading my blog for a while, you'll might be aware that I am a fan of all things natural when it comes to applying anything on my skin. We all do know small things go a long way. The holidays are over and now everyone has to go back to their work schedule. Sigh!! But why not give this "so called " work schedule a makeover, after all it is a new year and if the work place can't be new and revamped at least you can. I am definite for the fact most of us would have a resolution to feel better and exude more confidence and why shouldn't you? That is absolutely the correct path to go on and by putting yourself out there, you will be on the receiving end of more credibility and life experiences.
