MONOCHROME GOODNESS

Fall is the time when all the muted colors can make a statement. Apart from the olive greens, beige and pastel shades, Monochromes are the to go fashion and definitely not mundane. Monochrome might have been overshadowed by so many 80's fashion comebacks this year but it never faded away. Don't believe it? All the well known brands like Zara, Asos, Mango always include monochrome in some shape or form in their Fall-Winter Collection every year. That just makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. Not exaggerating at all. My love for black, white and gray is pretty much evident throughout my closet. No color can come even close to this. And my love for monochrome becomes pretty much obvious because Duh it includes all the three beautiful shades.

It is possibly the easiest color to style and layer it on during fall and winter. You just need the right amount of accessories to compliment it. It doesn't matter if you don't have a complete monochrome dress or jumpsuit. You can pair a black trouser with a white shirt or a white pants with black singlet and grey shrug and Tada!! You have a monochrome attire. These examples are the most common things which are available in everyone's wardrobe. So no need to waste extra money for this fall season.

To celebrate monochrome and fall together, I raided my closet and came across this tunic which was just like Alice in wonderland. Completely lost and out of my sight for years and years. But luckily I didn't give it away because it's my absolute go to clothing item now. Believe it or not, I wore this tunic as a dress rather than wearing it with a pair of leggings or jeans. And that did complete justice to this tunic. To bring in the fall vibe I added a scarf and pair of boots.

You can either wear it with the scarf during winter or without a scarf during any party or event. Just don't forget to add a cross body bag or a tote bag to complete the look.

So what are you waiting for? Go and begin raiding your closet for anything MONOCHROME!!!
